Dave Clement
Dave brings a knack for project planning, sharp writing skills and a keen eye to Catchlight Video Solutions. He is an award-winning cinematographer, director, editor and producer and has been making films since 2001. With a both a Diploma in Film Production and a Master's of Science in Geomorphology, Dave has also taught courses in Non-Fiction Film Production, Cartography, Aerial Photography, Glaciation and Fluvial Geomorphology. His major screen credits include Production Manager on the feature film "Oliver Sherman" (2009) starring Garret Dillanhunt, Molly Parker and Donal Logue, as well as producing and directing such award-winning films as "The Remnant" (2005), "Woodland Spirits" (2007) and the acclaimed drama "Seeking Bimaadiziiwin" (2007). In 2008, the city of Thunder Bay recognized Dave as a 'Citizen of Exceptional Achievement'. |

Piotr Skowronski
An award winning filmmaker, Piotr Skowronski has an array of production experience including high-end commercial work, documentary and narrative film. A cinematographer by trade, whose work has been recognized by the Canadian Society of Cinematographers (CSC), Piotr balances light and composition to capture thoughtful and evocative images that move gracefully on screen. He is also the writer, director and editor of numerous independent films, including "Undertow" (2008), which won Best Director at the 2009 Northern Ontario Music and Film Awards and "On The Rails In Red" (2006). Also recognized by the city of Thunder Bay as a 'Citizen of Exceptional Achievement', Piotr is driven to continue perfecting his craft by the desire to share stories and convey ideas visually. |

Michelle Derosier
Michelle brings a suite of unique talents to Catchlight Video Solutions. Not only is she an award-winning dramatic screenwriter and actor ("Seeking Bimmadiziiwin", 2007), she is also an accomplished documentary director ("The Healing Lens", 2009). A practicing and registered social worker, her vast experience with all types of people and a nose for great stories make Michelle a great storyteller. Michelle's work using film and video for innovations in the health care field has been recognized by such organizations as the Ontario Government's Innovations in Health Care Expo and the Ontario Psychiatric Association. |

Milosz Skowronski is the Chief Financial Officer and Operations Manager at Catchlight Video Solutions. Over the past five years, Milosz has held leadership positions with Canon Canada, eBay and Cinevate Inc. A specialist in Internet marketing and retail, Milsoz connects CatchLight Video Solutions to the global marketplace by adapting his business and operations experience to video production. |
